learning Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans may have gone under the knife recently!

The reality star posted a picture on her Facebook that had some fans questioning, did she have lip injections!? Well according to The Ashley Reality Roundup, what we're seeing is real, as they reportedly confirm she did get her top lip pumped up via lip injections on Tuesday. Check out the photo provided by teenmomjunkies, The photo on the left was taken on Jan. 25, before the alleged procedure. TeenMomJunkies.com captured the Jan. 28 “after” photo to the right, just prior to her removing it from Facebook. Can you see the difference?

As we mentioned Jenelle has since removed the Jan. 28 photo when friends on her Facebook began pointing out her new look , she followed up later revealing, “Should have known not to trust people on my [Facebook]. Can’t even make a private post anymore. Making a new [Facebook] this week. Adding only [people] who I can trust on there,”

Luckily for Jenelle, her surgery went well, unlike Farrah Abraham who had a massive swollen upper lip from a botched procedure a few weeks ago. What's your thoughts on Jenelle getting lip injections?
