Former reality star Chelsea Houska is set on making her way back to MTV's Teen Mom 2 for season 6, And while it's obvious she's

looking better than ever for her return, she reveals more plans of sticking to a healthy regiment with a new diet plan.

It's no secret that Chelsea is looking both happier and healthy these days, and it's also a no brainer that she, along with another cast member like Kailyn Lowery has spent a lot of time making wise choices in being fit and becoming more healthy. Although we think Chelsea looks absolutely perfect the way she is, surprisingly she has unveiled another diet plan called Whole30, and it's a little tough for her, as we all know Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and having any bit of chocolate on this diet is a no-no! Check out what Chelsea tweet on Feb. 2

The site for the Whole30 which was created in 2009, is said to be an extensive plan and is definitely not those planning on cheating here and there, especially with holiday chocolates, as the site gives strict rules to commit yourself, build support, get your house ready (pantry wise), plan for success, and oh...toss the scales, because they don't won't anyone feeling a slave to numbers. Here's a list from the site of only a few foods permitted

"Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed. Don’t worry… these guidelines are outlined in extensive detail in our free shopping list."

What's your thoughts on Chelsea's new diet plan? Do you think the Whole 30 diet plan will be worth trying?
