Teen Mom OG Catelynn Lowell is a free woman after successfully completing treatment at a facility in Arizona for her year long struggle with anxiety and depression.

On Sunday, Catelynn tweeted about her exit from the facility,

giving fans this great news. "Well I'm out and feeling better than ever. Thanks so much @sierratucson."

Days after her exit from the Arizona treatment facility, Catelynn shared this awesome new Instagram photo of her getting new ink to her left forearm. In the photo are the words written, “My story isn’t over yet;” followed up with what appears to be a symbolic semicolon 'Project Semicolon,' which is a global movement for education and awareness about suicide and mental illness.

Catelynn captioned the photo of her new ink, "That's right #keepmovingforward."
