In the clip for tonight's show, we see a very tearful Kailyn saying her final goodbyes to Javi in which he mutually breaks into to tears. Kailyn tells Javi, “Stay strong. Six months is going to fly by. Keep your head up. Go to the gym when you get bored, when you’re missing us. Keep yourself busy, okay?” Javi tearfully responds, "You're my best friend."

Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans' Best Friend Busted For Possession of Drugs!
According to reports, Jenelle's best friend/ live-in nanny Victoria (Tori) Rhynes was pulled over on April 13 by the Wilmington, N.C. police, where she was searched and arrested for having illegal drugs. Reportedly Rhynes had in her possession Heroin, Marijuana and drug Paraphernalia. Here's Tori's mugshot along with the police document which was obtained by All About The Tea.

Rumors have been swirling for months that Teen Mom 2 Kailyn
Lowry and her deployed military husband Javi Marroquin might have recently called it quits.
In a recent tweet from Kailyn, fans were quick to assume that Kailyn and Javi did in fact separate. According to Hollywoodgossip, Kailyn hinted that something was up when she retweeted but then deleted this stranger than ever meme. "Things happen. People grow apart. It's life. Keep moving forward."
Later we learn from InTouch weekly that Kailyn and Javi's marriage is perhaps on the rocks due to allegations of infidelity
According to the site, Javi suspects that Kailyn was too close with her ex Jo Rivera at the MTV Movie awards on April 10. Reportedly the reality star mom was standing with Jo on the red carpet without her wedding ring.
An insider reportedly told the site, “Jo even stayed in her hotel room until 3 a.m., talking. She’s jealous of his fiancée, Vee Torres,
and will always have a special place in her heart for him,” also adding, “Kailyn has been telling friends that she and Jo could still get back together."
Seemingly Kailyn isn't only one allegedly accused of infidelity, as sources revealed the accusations go both ways. The source explains, “They were already having trouble, now Kailyn believes Javi cheated with a woman he’s been hanging out with. It’s definitely over. It’s sad, but it looks like they could wind up in a nasty custody battle over son, Lincoln 2.”
