While the latest details regarding Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer and ex Corey Simms' new custody arrangement won’t be announced until their next hearing on Dec. 8, we're hearing some prettyAlthough we no clear evidence suggesting Corey's promise of "he will stop at nothing to win this custody battle," has worked in his favor. We're also learning he has yet to present the wild card of information against Leah for drug abuse to the courts, and we're guessing all that information will be handed over to the courts in Dec. As for now, we can only go by what Leah Messer says as she dismisses any claims to the latest rumors when she suggests nothing as changed. Leah went publicly to her Facebook on Oct. 2nd to deny any such rumors telling fans, "I don't know who nor do I care who went to a magazine and started rumors but I DID NOT LOSE CUSTODY OF ALI AND ALEEAH, The custody agreement remains the same as it always has."
Do you think Corey will win custody of the girls when he presents Leah's drug use to the courts?
I think it is bull, and if he trys to take the girls away from leah that is messed up, leah has done a good job with the girls. Ya thy both should have time with them, but I think thy are better off with leah she is there mother.. and has done everything for them girls.... im with leah on this all the way...

ReplyDeleteIts drug abuse if you are prescribed 3 a day and double dose. Even if its just once its abusing the script. Leah is a good momma but shes a money hungry brat. Thinks shes entitled and that shit is annoying as fuck.
ReplyDeleteI work in the legal system. Corey is only trying for full custody because of child support purposes. Funny he didn't want them full-time before Leah asked for more than $200 misely dollars a month (his new wife needs more than that to bleach her hair every three weeks). This is not OK and shows his true colors. I hope they make him pay a $1,000 a month and keep custody the same. Also Leah ask the producers for a copy of the episode where Miranda and Corey say they like things the way they are seeing the girls every so often so they can "do their own thing" and he says it's because it's in the girls best interest.... After 4 years you care about their best interest after u get summoned to court for increased child support? Ha what a joke!!

DeleteHe pays 800..not 200..and after this season I have grown not like Leah as much..I used to..but I think the girls would be better off their dad..he is always interracting with them and playing..what's Leah Jeremy doing?? It always shows them laying around in the bed..really??!! Get your ass up and watch your kids..you have 3 of them..and she was so messed up on those pills she could hardly keep her eyes open!!
