16 & Pregnant Star Cleondra Carter Pleads For Help To Get Daughter Back!

Although it's been a while since we last heard anything on Cleondra Carter, we do however remember her giving birth to her daughter Kylee on 16 & Pregnant's third season. The last we heard
about Cleondra she was living it up with baby daddy Mario Escovedo, and impatiently waiting on a ring from him. Well according to new reports times have definitely changed, as we learn Cleondra is now fighting to get custody back of her daughter, and since she can't afford to pay for an appeal, she has set up a GoFundMe account hoping for a little help.

For those of you don't remember Carter, she took care of her niece almost full-time while appearing on the reality series of 16 & Pregnant because her sister wasn't responsible enough to raise her own child. Well according to The Ashley Reality Roundup, Cleondra is now in a bit of a bad situation herself. Cleondra created a GoFundMe.com , asking for help to raise $5,000 to appeal her case and win back custody her daughter Kylee. Reports say Cleondra's now ex bo Mario took her to court and won full-custody of their daughter. "I have worked so hard at providing our daughter with a stable and comfortable environment and it seemed that every chance her father and father’s family had they would hinder her from progressing and slow down her process of learning new things just to spite me,” Cleondra explained, Even throughout these situations, I have never withheld Kylee from her father or used her as leverage. I know she loves him and I have always done what’s best for my daughter. As hard as I tried, things just would not work with us co-parenting.” Cleondra also mentioned that Mario's family completely lied about her to the judge saying, "Their case was built on nothing but lies, but it was built. I was badgered horribly on the stand by his attorney for being a young woman who has started to date. Somehow that has been misconstrued into being promiscuous. At the end of the day, I lost my daughter.”

According to TheAshley Mario took to his Facebook defending himself about that day in court saying, “This judge heard BOTH sides of everything I have to offer and everything cleondra has to offer as a parent, "She passed judgement and as a result I got full custody for MANY good reasons. If I tried to inform everyone of all the reasons why I won and she lost, this post would never end.” Humm... kind of makes us wonder what kind of evidence Mario had against Cleondra for her to lose her child.
