Teen Mom OG Amber Portwood has come along ways since her days of drug abuse, reportedly the the reality star mom made a huge

announcement of winning back custody of her daughter Leah from her ex Gary Shirley, but seems not everyone is on board with her exciting news.

In a report from OK! Magazine, Portwood recently confirmed that she has finally come to a custody agreement with her ex-fiancĂ©, Gary Shirley, over shared custody of their daughter Leah."We finally came to an agreement and I’m very happy that Gary and I are going to share joint custody of Leah," Portwood tells OK! adding,"This is something I’ve been waiting for. The time is perfect."

As fans may recall, Shirley was granted full custody of their daughter Leah back in 2012, after Portwood received a 5-year prison sentence for drug related offenses. Portwood was released from jail in 2013.

According to RadarOnline, although many fans are excited about Portwood's latest custody agreement with Shirley, there are however a few haters casting harsh judgment. One commenter wrote, "Give me a break. She chose drugs over this kid." Other harsh judgments prehap stems from the newly released clip for the upcoming season of TMOG when Portwood is seen accusing Shirley of brainwashing their daughter. According to one RadarOnline reader comment, "Neither one of them is a prime example of parenting. The garbage they spew in front of that poor child, should be criminal."

Later we learn Portwood defended her accusation towards Shirley explaining, "It was in the beginning of the custody battle," "Things were being said over there. We have a great relationship and then all of a sudden she didn’t want to come over she had never said that before. I said something to Gary and she hasn’t been that way since. We’re back to normal."
