Update on Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans' larceny case against ex-fiance Nathan Griffith!

On Monday RadarOnline reported that Nathan's larceny case was

dismissed! Griffith's attorney, Megan Milliken, revealed to the site, "They went to mediation today and the state will be filing a dismissal in court,”adding, “The case has been dismissed.”

Even though Evans' ex-fiance Griffith sang sweet victory in his recent larceny case, we learn Evans was the reason a judge decided to dismiss his case.

According to RadarOnline, sources revealed, “Jenelle agreed for Nathan to pay her $300 for Kaiser’s missing clothes and then the charges will be dropped once he pays Jenelle.”Reportedly Nathan paid $200 already and has a week to pay the other $100.

As fans may recall, on January 24, Evans filed larceny charges against Griffith after accusing him of stealing her car and her personal property in the car valued at $1,000. Reportedly Griffith turned himself into police on Feb. 3, after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Griffith's attorney says she is very pleased with her clients outcome explaining, “Any day one of my clients gets a dismissal is a great day,”Milliken explained, “We are happy with the outcome.”
