Now that Teen Mom 2 Kailyn Lowry has announced her split with estranged husband Javi Marroquin, newer reports suggest that the ex-couple are about to embark on a nasty custody battle over their two-year-old son Lincoln.
According to Life & Style reports, Sources have confirmed that Kailyn is trying to get full custody of her son Lincoln that she shares with Javi.
The source explains, “Kailyn plans to tell the court she believes Javi is a cheater and she has been the one fully taking care of their son while he’s been away.” As for Javi, sources say he thinks he deserves custody explaining that "he's ready to fight!"
Kail should have him they will let each other visit I'm sure but kail needs residential javi's job does not make it a stable home if he gets deported or his job calls his name
