According to RadarOnline reports, After Corey and his wife, Miranda, welcomed their baby girl, Remington, into the world on Nov. 8, Corey was questioned about how he came up with the unique name.
Later we find out Simms may have ripped off the name, Remington, from an old ex girlfriend, O'Brien, who has a 3-year-old daughter with the very same name!
A close friend of O'Brien says she "was shocked" to learn Simms had copied her daughter's name, adding, "She knew it was too strange to be a coincidence.”
Sources also claim, "Though they never spoke, Corey was Facebook friends with O'Brien, and would have seen all the photos of Remi and posts with her name.”
Reports claim that Simms' ex girlfriend,O'Brien, did confront him about the name, only to get unfriended later by Simms on Facebook.
Who cares! The name is not owned by anyone!
