Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans' boyfriend David Eason spends time behind bars!

According to RadarOnline, Jenelle's live-in boyfriend, David Eason27, was allegedly arrested and taken into custody on Monday, March 28.

In the reports, it states that David violated a protection order filed

by his ex-baby mama which means he's not allowed to contact or go near her or their son Kaden.

Sources tell RadarOnline that David's arrest was the result of him running into his son at a grocery store while he was out buying juice for Jenelle's youngest son Kaiser. “David got arrested today because he has a no contact order on him. And he was in the grocery store getting juice for Kaiser when he saw his son and gave him a hug…His ex’s mom was with his son, not his ex, and her mom got mad and told his ex. His ex-contacted the police. Since he was around his son, he ‘violated’ the no contact order."

Reportedly David was released on the same day of his arrest, after posting bail for $2,500.

  6. Sorry but restraining orders are there for a reason . He should of walked away and out the store and not even went up to the child the judge will make desion about child when he files papers for visitation at first will probably be supervised by court then if he does well he get time on his own with him if he follows all the right ways of court and orders set from judge !

  7. I agree with a no contact order it is your responsibility to walk away! You don't speak and especially you don't have physical contact! A no contact order was not put in place for nothing! They are strict but it is nessary!

  9. Your right 100 percent Erika Thank-you -yes by law you have to have that will power to walk away if you have restraining order the judge doesn't just give them for free there's a reason she has one Unknown !!! Maybe he's a danger to the mum or both the the mum and child we don't know the whole story but the judge doe's and he felt it serious enough to give the restraining order!! Also Unknown is it worth sitting in jail and spending money on bail and court stuff when he could go to court and get monitered visits first to see the child and if all go's well he could get time alone with the baby later so money put on that is seen as alot better than running around breaking orders -when he could be mature listen too the judge and as for a visitation /custody hearing and being mature and then what do you think the judge would think that he's acting in a mature manner obeying laws and then he might get too see his son ! The judge is looking to see a responsible mature father not one running around breaking laws or rules !!! and no I wouldn't want to not see my son and honestly I totally raised mine because the father sung death songs and hung my child upside down on his head and would drop him for punishment and many other horrible things but I didn't need my restraining order either to keep him from us right see sometimes others don't know whats behind it but I wish you the best unknown and wisdom and Thankyou Erika for understanding the what some of us go through ;)
