Teen Mom OG Amber Portwood and Matt Baier's troubles seem to be never ending!
As previously reported back in January, reality star couple, Amber
Portwood and her fiance Matt Baier were slapped with a lawsuit from a former landlord after failing to pay rent and damages done to a previous rental home.
Now in a new report, we learn Amber and Matt are going through the same troubles with another rental home and could very well be evicted!
According to RadarOnline Amber and Matt recently received a court summons from their new landlord who claims the couple has failed to pay their 2,200 rent and also damages done to property.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline it reads, “The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that on June 3, 2016 the Plaintiff rented to the Defendant at a rent of $2,200 per month. On February 8th 2017 said tenancy expired by the terms thereof for the reason late/unpaid rent, alterations to property without owner’s approval, excessive damage to property.”
Reportedly both Amber and Matt are expected to appear in court on the issues March 9.
