As many fans witnessed on last week's episode of Teen Mom OG Maci tearfully confided in her co-stars Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood about her ex Ryan Edwards' alleged substance abuse problem and how she felt one day he might overdose.
Well, when Farrah got wind of Maci's comment about Ryan, Farrah flew into Maci, basically labeling her as an alleged "alcoholic."
